All orders are processed within 1-2 days. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday.
Please note that during sale periods there may be delays in dispatching your order due to high order volumes. Please allow up to 7 business days for sale items to be dispatched.
To ensure any delays in delivering your order are minimised, we recommend you use a work address or an address where a person is physically present and is authorised by you to accept your order.
If you require any changes to your order including incorrect address details and sizing, please contact us immediately at customercare@thenewtrend.com.au or by phone on 03 9002 2940 during business hours to ensure adjustments can be applied. If your order has been dispatched, we will assist with a redelivery depending on the status of your shipment. Please note that this may increase delivery time by up to 5 days.

Deliveries to Australian addresses are sent via Australia Post. Most metropolitan deliveries are received within 1-7 business days from the time of shipment, where the order is received between Monday - Friday and prior to midday AEST. For regional and remote deliveries, please allow an extra 3-4 business days depending on your location.
Express Shipping

Shipments will be expected to arrive within 1 business day from the time of shipping with all orders placed before midday AEST Monday to Friday. If your order is placed over the weekend your item will be shipped on Monday. For regional and remote deliveries, please allow an extra 1-2 business days depending on your location.

FREE – No delivery charges when you collect in-store
Our pick-up in-store service allows you to shop online and collect your purchase in store avoiding delivery charges.
Please note you will not be able to return your online purchase in-store.
During the checkout process you have the ability to select store pick-up in shipping methods and collect your order from our Armadale or Brighton Boutiques in Victoria, Australia and our Paddington Boutique in NSW, Australia.
Please note this service is only available in Victoria. Order confirmation and proof of ID matching the order details is required when order is picked up.
